Grassmere Lane // Janson Luter Architects

Built on a corner lot only 50’ wide, this Park Cities home embraces creative design to accommodate a wide variety of needs of family-life. The first floor is an open concept that efficiently and seamlessly flows into functional outdoor space.

This light-filled home has expansive second-story views and a thoughtfully selected material palette,  including a St. Joe’s brick coursed to align with all openings in the façade. While seemingly simple, each material in the home was selected specifically to complement the structure and site.

The project’s architects collaborated early on with Dan Shipley, FAIA of the award-winning firm shipleyARCHITECTS to create this unique residential design.
